Business travelers will appreciate this
The service I received was unexpected and excellent. The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about making my stay really good. One standout moment was when they found a personal item I thought was lost and returned it to me directly, without even needing to ask.
It wasn’t cheap, but definitely worth what I paid.

The room had great lighting and was pretty spacious, really nice for reading or lounging around. I liked the full-size toiletries—definitely less waste. The bed was super comfy, which made falling asleep easy. It was really clean too. Only downside was that the entrance to the reception area was a bit tricky to find when arriving via valet parking. But the vibes overall were just nice!

Unique lobby vibe with a funky coffee shop that adds character to the place. The stylish and modern decor throughout creates an inviting atmosphere that's hard to resist.
Rooms felt snug, especially the upgraded King bed room which was a bit cramped for my taste. I also found it disappointing that the view was blocked by buildings, turning what could have been a great upgrade into a view of a parking lot. The coffee in the room didn't hit the spot, and I wished for a firmer mattress instead of the overly soft one provided. Limited housekeeping at times could be an issue for those expecting a pristine room throughout their stay.

The atmosphere was quite lively, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean but in need of updates with a few design quirks, like the awkward table setup and limited closet space. Overall, a decent stay, especially with the great location near attractions.

The location couldn’t be better. just a short walk to great restaurants and bars. The room felt spacious with good lighting, perfect for reading at night. I really appreciated the full-size toiletries instead of tiny bottles. it’s a nice touch for reducing waste. The lobby had a lively bar and restaurant that added a fun energy in the evenings. The staff were friendly and always helpful. However, the parking cost me over $50 per night, which felt a bit steep. One small hiccup was that I couldn't order dinner from the restaurant due to them closing earlier than expected, but the front desk was quick to help me get food after I inquired. In-room coffee quality could improve. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but a few small changes could elevate it further.

Great vibe with friends! We loved the close walk to the concert venue and enjoyed the fantastic dining options right in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and the scavenger hunt made our stay even more fun. Perfect spot for a concert night!
The only downside was the confusing entrance. It was a bit tricky to find the front desk since it was hidden behind a wall, which made our arrival a little frustrating.

The hotel is a fantastic spot for families! Our kids loved biking along the Mississippi River, and the staff made it easy to find bikes. The rooms were spacious with stylish decor, perfect after our day of exploration.
My children wished for a late-night snack option, as there was no room service.
